They got ready in their apartment. Electricity went out in a big chunk of San Francisco that day, so everyone got to climb 8 flights of stairs multiple times that day. My butt was feeling good the day after.
The wedding was a soft 1920’s theme.

The groom’s mom handmade these place cards/coasters for everyone. I’m a sucker for calligraphy/good penmanship.
Fay & Alex are big time foodies. I’ll only post a couple dishes but I took A LOT. Basically, first course was French. Second course Chinese dumplings + noodle soup.
The couple are designers, so they designed this custom Chinese character. It means “Double happiness,” but if you look closely, it has their initials (AD and FF) inside.
She sang him, “Fly Me to the Moon.”
You know when you meet people who are good at everything? That’s Fay & Alex. Tango for their First Dance.
