A buddy of mine got reservations to NOMA in Copenhagen (voted best restaurant in the world), and asked who wanted to come. I said “Meeee!.”
You know your life is pretty good when you can fly to Copenhagen… for lunch. I am so grateful to have had this opportunity.
18 courses. Phenomenal service. Food is innovative and one hell of an experience!
Digestif? They asked which one we would like. We said, “One of each!”
After lunch they took us on the tour of the facility, from research to prep to expediting. These people put A LOT of love into what they do. It’s a delight to be around.
I do like to try new things, so if you have must-try restaurant suggestions (anywhere in the world!), post them in the comments below. I’ll add it to my list. 🙂
This is FANTASTIC, Christine. Talk about traveling in style. Now, how was the food? Seriously? Great images as always.
Ummmm, YES!! The food was amazing, with adventurous ingredients that included ants and bee larvae. 😛 All the food we had while in Copenhagen was top notch, actually. They definitely know what they are doing. 🙂
