I like observing people from afar.

A wedding/photoshoot is in a way a “show,” so when I’m with a couple I especially like to look for moments they think no one (especially someone with a camera) is watching.

Hiding behind the bushes at this couple’s rehearsal dinner, literally. *creepy pant.

To capture authentic moments, all I do is observe. Slow down and you’ll see it. Are they tender? Respectful? Grateful? BFF’s? Silly? Nurturing? What is unique in the the way they interact?

This is the real stuff. The good stuff.
