When it comes time to sing Happy Birthday, typically the guests face the person-of-honor while singing to them. A simple thing I do is have all guests stand behind the cake to sing from there. It’s a great moment, and that way everyone is in the photo.

Sometimes family members resist because they want to take photos and video themselves, but I always promise they will receive a memorable shot. 🙂
