Below are a list of Wedding Vendors I recommend. I stand behind their talent and hard work, and have only had positive experiences with them. I only refer people and businesses who I feel can really deliver.
It is difficult to find a good wedding planner who is good at design, communication, and who is also able to execute a smooth party. These three companies got it.

Make-up & Hair:
I have worked with the below three many, many times. Reliable and they train their staff well.
The Bloemist – Nicole is hard-working and extremely passionate about what she does.
None of these are based in LA but they can easily ship.
Wedding Dress Boutiques:
Lovella Bridal – in Pasadena. They have MANY styles and different price ranges, so it’s a good first place to go to start narrowing down what kind of dress you’d like.
Wedding dress Alteration:
NINA Alterations Boutique – Puga is knowledgable, hard-working, and efficient.
Wedding Cake & Dessert Tables:
Intricakes – Just visit Jenny’s site. 🙂
Both reliable who do great work.
Custom Made Productions – Their style is Cinematic and pretty.
Cinevent Productions – Simple, organic, down-to-earth.
Live bands make a party. Whenever there is a live band, everyone is on the dance floor!
Linen & Chaircover Rental:
Wildflower Linen – best linens and chair covers in LA!
Casa de Perrin – if you want NICE dishware, go with them.
